Our Story
Kind words go a long way.
KindLynk began with one ordinary sentence that landed with unusual weight.
It was a reminder that encouragement does not have to be complicated to change the atmosphere around someone.
One day, while picking up medication at a drug store, the woman at the checkout counter clearly looked like she was having a hard day. She asked how the medication should be processed, and either option would have been fine. The answer came simply: "I really don't mind either way. I trust your judgment completely."
She smiled and said, "Thank you. That means a lot to know you trust me. Kind words go a long way." It was not a dramatic exchange. It did not take much time. But driving away, that sentence kept echoing because it revealed something easy to forget: people carry more than we can see, and a few sincere words can give someone strength right in the middle of an ordinary day.
That moment became the seed of KindLynk. The idea was not simply to send nicer notes. It was to help people pause long enough to name the person who helped shape them, then give that gratitude a chance to keep moving. If one kind sentence could shift a checkout counter, what could happen if thank-yous were given a path to travel from one life to the next?
After a lot of thought and planning, Chuck and LeeAnn released KindLynk on Mother's Day 2026. That felt like the right place to begin, because few people pour themselves out more faithfully than mothers. The first Lynks went to their moms, thanking them for the love, work, sacrifice, and encouragement that helped shape who they are today.
