This statement explains ownership of user-submitted gratitude content and KindLynk brand/software materials.

1. User Content

Users keep ownership of the messages, stories, photos, and other content they submit to KindLynk, subject to any rights held by others.

By submitting content, users grant Mosaic Media Solutions, LLC dba KindLynk permission to host, process, format, transmit, display, and share that content as needed to operate KindLynk and honor the user's privacy settings.

2. Public Stories

If a user chooses to submit a public story, the user grants KindLynk permission to display that story publicly using privacy-respecting presentation such as first name and last initial only, optional city/state, and optional photos when consent is given.

Public-story permission may be withdrawn by contacting mykindlynk@gmail.com, though cached or previously shared copies may not disappear immediately.

3. KindLynk Materials

The KindLynk name, logo, brand assets, interface design, software, text, graphics, and site content are owned by or licensed to Mosaic Media Solutions, LLC dba KindLynk unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or represent KindLynk materials as their own without written permission.

4. Respecting Others' Rights

Users should not submit photos, stories, messages, names, or other materials they do not have the right to use. Do not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

5. Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on KindLynk violates your rights, contact mykindlynk@gmail.com with enough detail for us to review the concern.
