KindLynk Terms of Use

KindLynk is operated by Mosaic Media Solutions, LLC dba KindLynk. Questions about these terms may be sent to mykindlynk@gmail.com.

KindLynk accounts are available to users who are at least 13 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 and that the information you provide is accurate.

Recipients may receive and view a Lynk without creating an account. Creating an account may be required to start a new paid or coupon-based Lynk, manage multiple Lynks, or save dashboard access.

KindLynk is intended for sincere gratitude, encouragement, and respectful communication. You agree not to use KindLynk for harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, deception, unlawful content, or pressure-based chain-letter behavior.

You are responsible for the messages, stories, names, photos, city/state details, and other content you submit. You should only submit content that you have the right and permission to share.

A Lynk is a gift, not an obligation. KindLynk does not guarantee that a recipient will open, respond to, continue, publish, or share a Lynk.

Recipients may continue a Lynk, add a story, create an account, or simply receive the message and stop there.

KindLynk may review, moderate, hide, remove, or decline to publish content that appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, spam-like, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service.

Users may request account removal or removal of public content by contacting mykindlynk@gmail.com. Some transaction, security, or compliance records may be retained as needed.

KindLynk is evolving. Features, screens, pricing, availability, and policies may change over time. We may update these terms when the service changes.
