KindLynk Terms of Use

KindLynk accounts are offered only to users who are at least 13 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

KindLynk is not intended for children under 13. If KindLynk learns that an account was created by a person under 13, KindLynk may suspend or remove that account and related data.

Recipients may view a Lynk without creating an account. Creating an account may be required to start new Lynks, purchase or use saved credits, manage multiple Lynks, or access creator dashboard tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

KindLynk is intended for sincere gratitude, encouragement, and respectful communication. You agree not to use KindLynk for harassment, threats, hate, spam, impersonation, deception, unlawful activity, or pressure-based chain-letter behavior.

You are responsible for the messages, stories, names, photos, city/state details, and other content you submit. You should only submit content that you have the right and permission to share.

A Lynk is a gift, not an obligation. KindLynk does not guarantee that a recipient will open, respond to, continue, publish, or share a Lynk.

KindLynk may offer single paid Lynk starts, coupon-based starts, and multi-credit bundle purchases. Prices, bundle structures, promotional codes, and eligibility rules may change over time for future purchases.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, saved credits are account-specific, non-transferable, and do not represent cash value.

KindLynk may review, moderate, hide, remove, or decline to publish content that appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, spam-like, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service.

KindLynk may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if an account appears to violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, payment rules, or applicable law.

KindLynk is evolving. Features, screens, pricing, availability, bundle rules, payment flow, and policies may change over time. We may update these terms when the service changes.

KindLynk is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, KindLynk does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or recipient participation.

These Terms of Use work together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Pricing Policy, Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy, and Community Guidelines.
